Ismat Collection operates as an online modest wear store across India. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
• The product must not have perfume, stains, alterations, or any signs of use.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or altered items
• Hijabs and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing video proof is mandatory for claim approval.
• If verified, we will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
